INSPEKT.ca was founded by Stan Nevolovich, a Real Estate Broker, investor, and Carson Dunlop–trained home inspector with more than 15 years of experience in real estate and property management.

Having worked as both a real estate broker and investor, Stan has seen property ownership from multiple perspectives. He understands the excitement of buying a property, the responsibility that comes with owning one, and the challenges of maintaining an investment over time.

With a personal portfolio of seven investment properties, he also experienced those challenges firsthand.

And that's where the idea for INSPEKT.ca began.

Through his own experience as an investor, Stan noticed something that wasn't being addressed.

Most traditional home inspection services are costly and designed primarily around houses.

But property owners don't always need a full traditional home inspection.

Sometimes you need to document its condition before a tenant moves in.

Sometimes you need a condo specific inspection before buying.

And sometimes, you simply want someone you trust to keep an eye on your investment.

Finding an affordable, flexible service that could help with these needs wasn't easy.

Stan knew there had to be a better way.

So he built one.
